GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The information in this document defines the general terms and conditions of the sale that cannot be separated from the sale established between a physical person who made a purchase on the website: http://www.Baglif.com , namely “the client”, and the website: http://www.Baglif.com . Compant SAS Zattacom, whose main office is located at Residence Terra Nostra 20290 Lucciana (France) and matriculated at the RCS Bastia under the siren number 801595455 and which TVA intracom number is FR13801395455.
The general conditions of the sale presented in this document describe the sale of different products and accessories for sale on Baglif’s website and the relations establishing the rights and the obligations reciprocated by both parties, in addition to the different stages of the processing of the order. The sale is reserved for clients, adults or minors, with parental consent.
PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
The products proposed for sale by Baglif that are present on the site are limited to the stock available. In case of the unavailability of a product, Baglif is responsible for informing the client as soon as possible. All orders will be accepted for the prices and description of the products available for sale. Baglif will honor all orders received on the site, unless the product is not in stock. Baglif reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a client with whom there is an existing issue relevant to the payment of a previous order or when an obvious risk is present. All orders require the completion of a form containing the following information; last name, first name, date of birth, complete address of delivery, email address, and phone number. As soon as an order is accepted, regardless of the payment method, Baglif will send a confirmation via email or another method at the client’s convenience, according to the article L121_19 of the Consumer Code.
All the prices of the products are indicated in Euros all taxes are included except the shipping fees (refer to paragraph “Delivery and Shipping”). The additional shipping fees will be specified during the validation of the order. Baglif reserves the right to modify its prices at any time and without notice. Clients will be charged the exact amount announced at the time of the order. The products remain the property of Baglif until they have been entirely paid for. The products must be paid in full amount and only in one payment.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
With the exceptions of sales periods and end of the year periods (where the consequent amount of orders can lead to delays in shipping), all orders registered on Baglif’s website will be prepared and shipped in 24 hours under reserve of the availability of the product and of the validation of the payment ( refer to paragraph “Payment”). The items will be delivered via Poste Colissimo.
The products will be delivered to the shipping address indicated in the order and in the time specified on the confirmation page of the order. Upon delivery, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure that the products received are complete and as described in your order. All anomalies detected will have to be announced on the day of the delivery or a maximum of 3 days after the delivery at the main office of Baglif via registered mail. All requests made after these 3 days will be denied and Baglif will be absolved of all responsibility. If the conditions are respected, Baglif will proceed to an exchange, a store credit, a refund of the defective product(s), or the shipping of the missing item. The products on Baglif.com can be delivered in the European zone. Baglif reserves the right to modify at any time the list of countries within the shipping zone.
The shipments are delivered via Laposte “Colissimo”. It is delivered at the shipping address specified on the order. It is therefore important to be precise when writing the shipping address. Deliveries occur Monday through Friday. If the client is not home at the time of the delivery, the delivery person will leave a notice for pick up indicating the conditions of retrieval of the shipment (place and time).
The amount due from the client is the amount indicated on the order confirmation page sent to the client via email from Baglif. Unless the server is unavailable, the payment will be effective immediately on the internet via bank card (Blue, Visa, Mastercard) or via PayPal. Baglif reserves the right to refuse the acceptance of any order or delivery in case of any legal issue with the client, the non-payment either total or partial of a previous order from a client, a declined payment from the bank, or in case of a non-payment or partial payment. Baglif assumes no responsibility for the aforementioned cases. For all amounts exceeding 120€, conforming to the article L.134-2 of the Consumer Code, Baglif will proceed to the archival of the written evidence of the sale on either paper or email during the legal time applicable. The client can access this document at any time by request of Baglif by attaching a copy of the proper identification.
The payment for your items will be made through a secure system. The client is able to choose his or her method of payment.

All orders made on the site and delivered outside of France are subject to taxes and customs duties that are imposed when a shipment arrives at destination. You are responsible for all custom duties and possible taxes linked to the delivery of an item. We are not mandated to verify or inform you of the customs duties and taxes applicable in your country of destination. An order will not be able to be cancelled for non-payment of the custom fees and other taxes by the client. We recommend that you request the proper information from the authorities of your country.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
The client disposes of a legal time of 14 days to exercise their rights for retraction starting from the date of reception of merchandise. The product(s) returned must be unused and in their original packaging. All exchanges or returns must be requested via email at the following address: baglifcontact gmail.com
The return fees are at the charge of the client and will be reimbursed.
The client will have to keep a copy of the shipping notice/receipt.
CONDITION OF THE PRODUCTS
All products returned (products, original packaging, accessories, notice...) must be sent back in their original conditions. Upon reception of the shipment, Baglif will inspect the state of the merchandise and returned and make a judgment on its condition. No returns will be accepted if the products returned have been visibly used or damaged by the client, and if their use or damage prevents the resale of the product.
If the returned item is refused by Baglif, the product will then be returned to the client at the charge of Baglif and the client will not have the opportunity to request compensation or reimbursement with the exception of their rights to the guarantee of the merchandise.
In the case of an exchange, if the product(s) returned are visibly used or damaged because of the client and their usage or damage prevents the resale of the item(s), Baglif can exercise any and all actions to obtain restitution from the client.
REIMBURSEMENT AND RETURNS
If all aforementioned conditions are respected Baglif.com will proceed to the reimbursement of the product returned within 15 days following the replenishment of the stock.
All the elements of the Baglif’s website and the products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Baglif. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way possible, even partially the elements of the site, may it be software, audio, visual. All links simple or hypertext, are strictly forbidden without the expressed written consent of Baglif.
The products are conforming to the French legislation currently in place. In case of non-respect of the legislation of the country in which the product is delivered, Baglif will not be responsible. It is your responsibility to verify from your local authorities all the possibilities of importation or use of the products or services that you plan to order.
In addition, Baglif will not be responsible for the damage resulting from an improper usage of the product purchased. Finally, Baglif will not be responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet, specifically of an interruption of services, outside intrusion, or the presence of a computer virus.
RIGHTS APPLICABLE IN CASE OF A LEGAL ISSUE
The language of the present contract is in French. The presented terms and conditions of sale are subjected to the French law. In case of a legal issue, the French court will be the only authority in charge of the issue.
All products offered by Baglif are subjected to a legal guarantee established by the article 1641 and conform to the Civil Code. All products can be subjected to a reimbursement within 7 days starting from the date of the order according to the dispositions of exchange, return, and reimbursement. All requests for reimbursement will have to be addressed to customer service via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
In the event that one of the clauses of the present contract can be null and void due to a change in the legislation, policy, or by legal outcome, the validity of this contract will not be affected and the present conditions of the sale will be respected.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITION OF THE SALE
Baglif reserves the right to modify the general conditions of the sale. Members who would not want the contractual relationship to be regulated by the new version of the general condition of sale will have to notify it, and starting from the date of the new version will take effect, will have to stop using the services of Baglif. In the event that one of the terms of the general condition of the sale can be considered illegal or unopposed by a judicial decision, the other dispositions will remain valid.
